Returns & Exchanges


We always stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and want you to be be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We're sure you'll love our products as much as we do, but just in case you aren't please know that you are able to return it to us within 30 of the original ship date for a full refund.

*Please note that items purchased through one of our stockists must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer following their return policies and guidelines.

Returned products must be accompanied with their corresponding invoice and order number.


The cost and risks of product returns (shipping) is the responsibility of customer, unless Scentuals has to deliver the product ordered or the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Scentuals will assume the entirety of the costs and risks related to transportation, provided that a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages is used.


Provided the product is returned as stated above. A full refund will be issued after we have received the returned products.
