Free expedited shipping applies to all Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more before taxes and shipping.

Under $85 CAD To USA (No Tax on USA orders)
Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days - rate varies on weight.
Xpresspost Shipping: 3-4 business days - rate varies on weight.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 7-14 days - $15.95 

All orders are shipped with Canada Post and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Other Shipping policies

Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Scentuals delivers to the whole of the United States with the exception of Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

During holiday or promotional periods (such as Boxing week or Cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume. Orders placed on, or the day before, a Public Holiday can expect an additional delivery time of a few business days.

Returns Policy

 We always stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and want you to be be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We're sure you'll love our products as much as we do, but if that isn't the case, please know that you are able to return it to us within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund.

*Please note that items purchased through one of our stockists must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer following their return policies and guidelines.

Returned products must be accompanied with their corresponding invoice and order number.

The cost and risks of product returns (shipping) is the responsibility of the customer, unless Scentuals has to deliver the product ordered or the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Scentuals will assume the entirety of the costs and risks related to transportation, provided that a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages is used.

Once we confirm the returned product was received in the manor stated above, a full refund will be issued.
